Hello. My name is Christine Siler. I’m a Menopause Policy Advocate in Paris, France. Menopause experts and associations work with me to help streamline the processes for updating and activating new guidelines, change regulations, maximize public awareness, and achieve minimum training standards for the medical community.

Connecting Communities

My mission is to build a connected community that improves menopause care by uniting healthcare providers, policymakers, and individuals. Together, we will create informed, compassionate support and advocate for higher standards in women's health care in Europe. The conversation starts here.

Advancing Global Menopause Standards

I am building a comprehensive database to unify menopause guidelines and raise care standards, beginning in France and the EU, for equitable health outcomes worldwide to bring an internationally informed, specialized approach to women’s health care and support which is rooted in the latest medical research and standards.

Advocating for Systemic Change in Menopause Care

My focus is on collaborating with medical and governmental bodies to mandate menopause education, modernize clinical trials, and secure essential resources for better, science-driven healthcare.

About me

I am a 50+ year-old woman living in Paris who fought through the (sometimes debilitating) symptoms of perimenopause for 7 years. Through mis-information and lack of a joined up approach, I was mis-diagnosed and struggled to find the resources I needed to improve my life and my health.  I decided to focus my efforts on ensuring women received the health care they deserved to live their lives healthy, strong and thriving in the last 4-5 decades of our lives.

I have over 25 years of experience in operations and project management, and I am using that expertise to help the associations responsible for medical care of menopausal women work more effectively, internally, across Europe and internationally.

I believe dignity in healthcare is essential to the success of our communities. My goal is to equip women and their doctors with the information they need to make informed choices about their healthcare. That will require systemic change in the way menopause care is taught, delivered, governed, studied and communicated.
